1Free trial first

Every product has a free trial so you can evaluate it before paying.

214-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription (monthly or yearly). No questions asked.

3Renewals

Renewal payments can be refunded if requested within 14 days of the renewal date and the Services have not been substantially used in the new period. Otherwise you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period; no further charges will be made.

4Yearly plans

In addition to the 14-day guarantee, if you cancel a yearly plan within its first 30 days we will refund the unused months on a pro-rata basis.

5AI credit packs

Unused purchased credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits already used, and the monthly credits included with your plan, are not refundable.

6Downgrades

Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal; the difference is not refunded for the current period.

7How to request a refund

Email support@treevoxa.com with your account email and order number, or contact Paddle directly via the link in your receipt (paddle.net). Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

8Statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
