You can buy ERP source code with installation for three of our working products. PharmaFlow, MatrixHR and RE-ERP are each sold with their full source code for USD 2,500 or PKR 700,000, one-time, under a non-exclusive licence. These are the same systems that run as subscription products today, so you can try each one before you buy its code.
| System | For | Price | Licence | Try the live product |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PharmaFlow | Pharmacy | $2,500 or PKR 700,000 | Non-exclusive, one-time | pharmaflow.treevoxa.com |
| MatrixHR | HR & payroll | $2,500 or PKR 700,000 | Non-exclusive, one-time | matrixhr.treevoxa.com |
| RE-ERP | Real estate | $2,500 or PKR 700,000 | Non-exclusive, one-time | realestate.treevoxa.com |
What you get: ERP source code with installation
- The full source code repository of the system you buy.
- Deployment of the system, so you start with a working installation rather than a folder of code.
- A non-exclusive licence. Treevoxa keeps selling the same system to others and running it as a subscription product.
Each system is a working product, not a template. You can see exactly what you are buying by starting a free trial on its live site first.
The three systems
- PharmaFlow, pharmacy point of sale and inventory. Batch and expiry tracking with stock sold first-expired-first-out, purchase orders with partial deliveries, supplier terms and credit limits, customer balances, sales forecasts and an online storefront.
- MatrixHR, HR and payroll. Attendance from browsers and ZKTeco terminals, leave with WhatsApp approvals, expense claims and loans, and a payroll run a second person must approve, then payslips and bank files for Meezan, HBL or a generic format.
- RE-ERP, real estate and housing society software. Plot files on instalment plans, dealer commissions, balloting, transfers and possession, leases and rent, numbered receipts, cheques and double-entry accounts.
Where USD 2,500 sits
ERP software with source code is sold at two very different price points, and this offer sits between them:
| Option | Typical price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Marketplace scripts | Most of the first ten ERP results on CodeCanyon list at $29 to $99, with one at $253 | A downloadable script, priced for volume, with the seller's support terms |
| Treevoxa source code | USD 2,500 or PKR 700,000, one-time | A system running in production as a subscription product, with deployment |
| Custom ERP build | $30,000 to $80,000 for a single module, and $160,000 to $350,000 for a mid-market system of five to seven modules (RaftLabs) | Built around your exact process |
Marketplace prices were checked on 22 October 2026. The custom-build ranges are from a development agency's published guide, not Treevoxa quotes.
Source code or subscription?
Every one of these systems is also available as a monthly subscription, which includes hosting and updates. Compare one-time and monthly on our own prices:
| System | Source code | Growth plan | Months of Growth for the same money |
|---|---|---|---|
| PharmaFlow | USD 2,500 | $59 a month | about 42 |
| MatrixHR | USD 2,500 | $69 a month | about 36 |
| RE-ERP | USD 2,500 | $129 a month | about 19 |
Source code makes sense when you will use the system for years, need to change it, or must host it on your own servers. A subscription makes sense when you would rather not run servers or apply updates yourself.
What to check before you buy any source code
Whoever you buy from, check these before you pay:
- Can you try the running software first, with your own data?
- Is the licence exclusive or non-exclusive, and may you modify the code?
- What exactly does installation or deployment include, and on whose server?
- How long is support after deployment, and what does it cover?
- Is the code documented, and who explains it to your developers?
- Who fixes a bug found after the support period, and at what rate?
- Are any third-party services or paid libraries needed to run it?
Customisation
If the standard system does most of what you need, customising it costs far less than building from scratch. Changes are quoted separately as custom development, in writing, before any work starts. See what developers cost in Pakistan for how we and others price that work.
