FitZone Pro is gym software in Karachi for gyms, fitness studios and multi-branch clubs. It keeps members, plans and fees on one record, brings every scan from your ZKTeco fingerprint machine onto that record, and issues numbered invoices with your Sindh sales tax rate applied. The front desk sees who came in and where each member stands, and the owner sees every branch from one login.
Gym software in Karachi: what it does at the front desk
- Members and plans. Profiles, plans, start and expiry dates and balances, imported from Excel or CSV.
- Fees. Pending dues and expired plans as two separate lists, each with a Renew button beside the member's name.
- Payments. Record cash, JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank payments, full or partial, each against a numbered invoice.
- Attendance. Every scan from the ZKTeco machine lands on the member's record, with manual check-in as a backup.
- Classes and retail. Class schedules with capacity limits, and supplement sales with stock.
Sindh sales tax and your gym's invoices
Gyms in Karachi that provide taxable services register with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) under the Sindh Sales Tax on Services Act, 2011. Two things follow for your software:
- The rate on your invoices. In FitZone Pro you set your SRB rate once and it is applied to invoices. We do not publish a rate for gyms here: the Sindh Finance Act, 2026 changed several service rates from 1 July 2026, and you should confirm the entry that applies to your gym with SRB or your tax advisor.
- The invoice itself. The Sindh Finance Act, 2026 added a penalty of between one hundred thousand and one million rupees for any person who designs, develops, customises or supplies invoicing software that issues invoices not conforming to rule 29(1) of the Sindh Sales Tax on Services Rules, 2011, or the online-integration rules of 2022 (source, last verified 22 October 2026). Whichever software you use, ask the vendor how its invoices meet SRB's rules, and check the format with your advisor.
Power and internet cuts
Karachi gyms plan for load-shedding and dropped connections. When the internet goes down, the front desk checks members in by hand from the Attendance screen, and scans stored by the machine are synced when it reconnects. Manual check-in is also there for the day the machine itself is out of action.
Several branches across the city
Each branch keeps its own fingerprint machine and its own members, fees, attendance, stock and staff records. One login covers them all: pick a branch from the top bar and every screen follows. Reports show visits, collections, pending fees and plans about to expire, branch by branch, so an owner with branches in different parts of the city sees all of them from anywhere.
Setting up in an evening
- Start the free trial on one branch.
- Import your members from Excel or CSV.
- Connect the ZKTeco machine with the connector or over ADMS.
- Set your SRB rate for invoices.
- Test with one paid and one expired member, and show the desk manual check-in.
