Treevoxa provides custom software development services for Dubai and UAE businesses that want a dependable engineering team working the same hours they do: ERP and CRM systems, SaaS products, web and mobile applications, and APIs. Our working day starts one hour ahead of UAE time, so we share almost all of yours. As a software development company for Dubai businesses, we work your hours, not ours.
We do not have an office or a company in the UAE, and we will not imply one. We work remotely, put the scope, the price and the ownership of the code in writing, and build with the UAE's data protection rules in mind.
A software development company for Dubai's working day
Time zones are the usual weak point of remote work. With the UAE they barely matter:
- Gulf Standard Time is UTC+4, with no daylight saving, so the overlap never shifts during the year.
- Our day starts an hour ahead of yours, which means stand-ups, reviews and decisions happen inside your normal office hours.
- Questions you send in the afternoon are answered the same day, not the next morning.
For businesses that also trade on Friday and Saturday schedules, we agree the working week in writing at the start.
What we build for UAE companies
- ERP and operations systems for trading, distribution, manufacturing and property businesses. See ERP software development.
- CRM systems for sales teams, brokers and service companies. See CRM development services.
- SaaS products and MVPs for founders. See SaaS product development.
- Web and mobile apps for customers and staff, in React and React Native. See mobile app development.
Proof for property businesses: RE-ERP, our real estate ERP, runs off-plan installment payment plans, unit inventory, leasing, collections and double-entry books in one ledger, with a React Native mobile app. Our guide to installment payment plans for property developers explains the method.
The UAE Personal Data Protection Law
Federal Decree by Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the PDPL) applies to the processing of personal data of people in the UAE, whether the processing happens inside the country or outside it. The official text is published on the UAE legislation portal. What it means for a software project:
- Free zones with their own law. Companies established in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) follow those free zones' own data protection laws. Tell us where your company is registered, so the agreement follows the right regime.
- Cross-border processing. Our team works outside the UAE. The PDPL sets conditions for transferring personal data abroad; the agreement between us records the basis and the safeguards before we are given access.
- Processor duties. We act on your instructions only, keep data secure, and tell you promptly about any incident.
- Sector rules. Health and financial data can fall under separate sector regulation; flag it in your brief.
We build and test with anonymised or synthetic data wherever possible, so real personal data rarely leaves your environment. This is not legal advice; confirm how the law applies to you with your adviser.
Hire dedicated developers in the UAE time zone
A dedicated developer or team from Treevoxa works only on your product, during your office hours, in your repository and tools. You set the priorities each week; we handle the people. Python, Node.js, React and React Native engineers are available. See hire dedicated developers.
Contracts, currency and payment terms for UAE companies
- Currency. We quote and invoice in US dollars. The dirham's long-standing peg to the dollar keeps the cost in local terms predictable.
- Fixed-scope projects are paid per milestone, each tied to working software on a staging site.
- Dedicated teams are billed monthly.
- VAT. How VAT applies to services bought from outside the UAE is a question for your accountant; we provide the invoice detail they need.
- Ownership. Code, designs and data are yours once the agreed payments are made.
What custom software costs for UAE companies
Our software developer hourly rates page compares published agency rates by region, and our custom software development cost guide explains what drives a project's price. We quote in US dollars, in writing, once the scope is clear.
How a UAE project starts
- Brief: the problem, the users, today's tools and any deadline.
- Discovery call in your office hours, with the engineers who will build it.
- Written scope, quote and data handling terms.
- Working software on a staging site early, reviewed every one or two weeks.
